Remove the rivet holes on the fenders and just smooth it over and they have a winner. Whenever I see cars with those I think of those cheap plastic fenders people put on their trucks.

I’m with you 100%. A local kid just put the widebody kit on his turbo FR-S and I have to say, it’s a downgrade. Before, he had just the front bumper without the widebody:

And now, he’s got the whole kit:

I mean, it’s still cool - but there’s just so much going on. I miss the sleekness. At least the work looks like it was done well.

Agreed 100%. “I want it to look like a race car” is lame. I think it’s way cooler when people spend their money on driving their car instead of parking it. But hey, however people want to spend money. Or their parents’ money :-P

E: to clarify, a turbo widebody FR-S that won’t see anything other than a parking lot is way less cool than a stock FR-S with $15k in tires and track time. I dunno, show cars aren't that cool to me. Go drive your car.
